Gave an opening keynote discussing the journey of my career, and how I learned to compromise less when it comes to the kinds of work I make, how I treat my body while working, and the environments I work in.

Advocated for developers to think about the roles they play within larger communities and shared ways that people could create more sustainability and opportunity for themselves and others while freelancing.

Spoke on rethinking the lessons we are told as freelancers and encouraged audio developers to approach working in the industry with a community mindset.

Spring 2018: PAX East, Press XY Presents: Gender Identity in Narrative & Gameplay.
Helped organize a panel to discuss examples and issues regarding trans and non-binary representation in game storytelling and mechanics.

Spring 2018: East Coast Games Conference, Talking Chop: The Intertwined Histories of Sampling and Video Game Music
I gave a 40 minute talk and Q&A discussing the history of audio sampling and how that bloomed into an interesting composition technique adopted by video game composers and still being perfected today.
